I was honored to be named Leader of the Year at the  2024 Berkeley Fisher Center Business Analytics & AI Summit! 🎉 In practice, awards like these are really about teams, and this is no exception. I am so grateful for the exceptional leadership of the incredible humans that make up Salesforce's Office of Ethical and Humane Use, and so many amazing partners in product, engineering, legal, and far beyond. My talk focused on how every action matters, and how decisions build on each other towards more trustworthy technology systems. It was particularly meaningful to participate in this summit at my alma mater, UC Berkeley. 🐻 I loved hearing great talks by folks like Genevieve Smith Andrew W. Reddie and Sarah Barrington on the state of #AIethics or Raj Pai with a fascinating take on #AI and aerospace.
