Excited to share that I recently completed a 6-month internship at FCH Enterprises (Zippy’s) as a Consumer Analyst Intern! A huge mahalo to Danica Wong, Alexis Panoncillo, Kevin Yim, Michael Jenkins, my fellow interns, the marketing team, and the entire FCH Enterprises family for an incredible experience. Here are a few key accomplishments from my time at Zippy’s: • Customer Segmentation: Presented insights to the Marketing team (30 min presentation). • Visitation Insights & Vegas Expansion Strategy: Delivered recommendations to the Executive Board (1 hour presentation). • Campaign Analysis: Analyzed the June campaign, presented findings to Marketing (10 min presentation), and created a detailed summary report. My project started as the question, “Who are our customers at our newly opened Las Vegas location? How do we reach them?” And developed into a 6 month project including key customer personas and multi-step strategic recommendations on how to grow the brand in the new market. In the process, I used advanced data analysis and research from our CRM platform and geo-spatial intelligence. Most importantly, though, I learned that data and statistical insights are only as valuable as its alignment with the businesses' strategy. Thank you, Dani and Alexis, for always challenging me to ask the "so what"s of my insights. Thank you again, Zippy’s, for sparking my love for business strategy and data analytics. I’m excited to continue growing my skills in my final semester at BU and beyond!
