FEAST Insights: Finance Our third and final installment in this "FEAST Insights" series covers finance with the brand in mind. This follows our thoughts on R&D and how it can act as the foundation for great product, and operations, specifically what's involved in finding the right co-packing partner to ensure continued success. Provided here in slide form is a guide to help brands grow in a way that's not value destructive. We borrow from some tried and true sources to help make the point that you're actually in the value creation business. Yes, you create and sell consumer product goods or provide services to that end, but at its core it's about generating returns on invested capital and preserving a competitive advantage. Fundamentally, that's what creating value is all about, and that's the mindset we recommend you adopt. Included in the accompanying presentation are a few formulas - output over input ratios - that can be quickly applied to aid in your capital allocation decisions. They are as much cornerstones to your business as they are simple performance measures. We appreciate everyone tuning in and the conversations that followed each post these last few weeks. We're always available to help. We want you to succeed. FEAST Insights: Operations The first installment in our "FEAST Insights" series covered R&D on the belief that it represents the foundation on which every great product can be built. Here we pick up where that post left off to discuss operations, specifically the production process that moves a brand closer to market reality. Included in the accompanying presentation are specifications on FEAST’s capabilities and requirements, as well as a few FAQs on challenges commonly faced, intellectual property protection, and co-packer certifications. At FEAST food works we believe the process begins with a conversation. While the initial consultation is where basics such as production needs and requirements are discussed, it's really the start of a relationship is how we see it, one that should be built on honesty and transparency. From that first discussion we can move quickly to production and packaging, and shipping and distribution as needed. Our slogan of “we make brands happen” is more than simply a statement about bringing product to market. It’s about allowing our brand partners to do what they do best and that’s being creative and thoughtful about consumer goods. Outsourcing production to FEAST allows your brand to scale and focus, as well as reduce financial risk. If other questions need to be answered, then please visit our website and let's start a conversation. We want you to succeed. FEAST Insights: R&D Since launching our co-packing operations last year we've had the pleasure of holding a lot of conversations with a lot of brands. It's been a great learning experience. We're smarter for it, and we hope our clients - both current and prospective - are as well. To help others in transforming an idea into a market reality we're sharing what we believe to be the most relevant factors in the process, and we're doing so in a three-part series covering R&D, operations and finance. The point is to help smooth the process. We begin at the beginning: R&D. We believe that every great product should start with a solid foundation in research and development. Whether you're coming to us with a fully developed recipe or just a spark of an idea, our R&D team - led by our talented R&D Manager, Gabriel Marchiony - is here to bring your vision to life. We explore what it takes to make the R&D process smooth, efficient, and successful in the accompanying presentation. Included are a few frequently asked questions. If other questions need to be answered, then please visit our website and let's start a conversation. We want you to succeed. Last week, FEAST food works CEO Michael Oraschewsky had the honor of joining an incredible dinner hosted by Keychain at Carbone Fine Food in NYC—a gathering of innovators and leaders in the food industry. Mike participated in an engaging panel discussion alongside Paula Chappellin of HelloFresh and Umang Dua of Keychain, where they explored key insights from both sides of the table: 💡 What brands like HelloFresh seek in co-manufactures. 💡 What co-manufacturers like FEAST need from brands to drive success. 💡 The challenges and opportunities shaping the future of food manufacturing. The evening also included thought-provoking conversations with trailblazers like Mitchell Madoff and Bala Eswaran of Amazon Fresh, who set the tone with their opening panel. A huge thank you to Keychain for bringing together such an inspiring group of professionals and fostering collaboration within the industry. Events like this spark the ideas and partnerships that push us all forward. #FoodInnovation #Collaboration #Leadership #CoPacking #FoodBrands

Happy New Year! In 2024, we saw the vision of FEAST food works as an integrated platform for established and emerging food brands come to life. Initial equity and debt capital was raised, assets acquired and assembled, and first products effectively and efficiently manufactured. What a year it was, and what a year it will be as we move into 2025 with plans to build on these early successes and accelerate value capture. "This company is all about team. From the first days of physically putting the plant together with Co-Founder and COO, Ulises M., to quickly getting to work with Gabriel Marchiony, R&D Manager, Evelyn McSpirit, Digital Presence Manager, and production staff to take market share, I have witnessed a selflessness like none other in my long career in the food business", reflected Michael Oraschewsky, Co-Founder and CEO. "Lastly, a word of thanks to Elaine Brown, Vice President of Sales, for keeping all the balls in the air that we juggle, and for being FEAST's biggest fan." The successes are one thing, the challenges are another. Because of the assistance and guidance provided by our employees, advisors and investors, FEAST is better positioned to take on the uncertainties that lie ahead. We sincerely thank all involved, especially Dan McSpirit, CFA, CMA (FEAST Co-Founder and advisor), Rachel Packer (Blank Rome), and Jonathan Deutsch, Ph.D., CHE, CRC (Drexel University). We’re thrilled to announce the grand opening of FEAST food works, a project that stands as a testament to strategic collaboration and cutting-edge technology! OAR provided scanning services early in the project to document the existing conditions of the building Mike acquired, laying the groundwork for a precise and reliable conceptual design phase. As the project progressed, our team led the 3D BIM coordination and VDC constructability assessments, ensuring seamless integration among equipment suppliers and contractors. The result? An accelerated construction timeline and a highly efficient installation process. Our approach underscores the value of incorporating BIM and VDC practices to enhance collaboration, accuracy, and project success. We’re proud to have supported Mike and his team in achieving a vision that balances functionality and innovation! Congratulations to everyone involved, and here’s to more groundbreaking projects ahead! #BIM #VDC #ConstructionInnovation #BuildingInformationModeling #Constructability #OAR #EngineeringExcellence #ConstructionTechnology #ProjectSuccess #3DScanning
