This Sunday was Mia on 2 Wheels — marking my first NewsMatch campaign for Feet in 2 Worlds! 🚲 Powered by bagels and pizza, a group of us rode 25 miles through NYC to raise money for Fi2W, combining my love of cycling with my love of immigrant-powered journalism. After a difficult week, being in community with others and moving my body was just what I needed. 💓 It's not too late to consider joining our cause. In an era of extreme anti-immigrant rhetoric, we need immigrant voices more than ever in journalism and media.
