In alignment with our FFA Equity Advancement Plan, we are excited to announce that our 'incubator space' within our offices at the Pacific Building is open for business! FFA is seeking a tenant to lease the 772-square-foot space. We are proud to support the efforts of COBID-certified firms and are seeking to help a company on its growth path. This space has a kitchenette, a meeting area, and an open office that comfortably fits five desks. Your future offices are on the ninth floor of the Pacific Building, and look out over Sixth Avenue with views of Pioneer Square. In addition to subsidizing the Class B office space rent, we offer access to our conference rooms and office equipment and will provide space planning services to you. If you want more information or a tour, message us here, and we will follow up! #PortlandOffice #DowntownOfficeSpace #SmallBusiness #Architecture #Engineering #Construction #LocalBusiness Oregon Association of Minority Entrepreneurs, Architecture Foundation of Oregon, IIDA Oregon Chapter, AIA Oregon, Oregon Entrepreneurs Network, National Association of Minority Contractors, Inc., SMPS Oregon Chapter
