🌟 Employee Spotlight: Carol Maynard 🌟 Full Name: Carol Maynard Job Title: Account Manager Years with Fieldtex Products Inc.: 35 years Subdivision: I work in the Fieldtex Case division, that we affectionately refer to as "The A-Team". What do you enjoy most about working at Fieldtex? "AmeriCAN is our motto. I love the manufacturing process and am proud to say our cases are Made in the USA." What's your favorite product (design or bag) from Fieldtex Cases? "We have a great line of cases that we make for a company called TAC-TOTE. They are really cool cases that hold rounds of ammunition and attach to walls (vehicles, buildings, etc.) with very strong magnets. The cases are a great design that serve a great purpose because they help law enforcement agencies keep our country safe." Can you share a memorable moment or project you’ve worked on here? "One memorable project that I helped to develop is a large net webbing system used to move large bladders of fuel across the tundra of Antarctica." How do you spend your free time outside of work? "Outside of work, I've been happily married to my husband Scott for 39 years. We live on Lake Ontario with our two dogs, Maya and Daisy. I enjoy playing the guitar, swimming, and yoga, as well as planning and hosting themed parties throughout the year that lead up to our Annual Chili Cookoff." What’s one thing about you that most of your colleagues might not know? "Not everyone knows that I've been crowned twice as an arm wrestling champ at league events supportive of local women's charities. What's my arm wrestling persona?? Cowgirl Carol...Yea Haw!" If you could give one piece of advice to new employees at Fieldtex, what would it be?
