I had a lot of fun giving my keynote on Design-Driven Innovation at #BBM2024 in the beautiful city of #SanDiego. I’m so glad the Filene Research Institute hosted Big Bright Minds in my city so I didn’t have to get on an airplane to give my talk. The #creditunion community is such a wonderful community to be around. The I3ers made a visit to the UC San Diego Design Lab and told me that they were so inspired. I'm inspired by my colleagues everyday.

Great start to Filene Research Institute’s big.bight.minds conference in San Diego! Jean Chatzky and Mark Meyer had a great intro; I personally loved Marks recommendation that we need to be more like an elephant - big ears (listen more) and small mouth (talk less), as opposed to being a hippo - little ears (don’t listen) and big mouth (like to hear themselves talk). Excited for what’s to come the next few days!
