✨ New in Fillout ✨ I've been quiet on LinkedIn this year as we're working on some big new Fillout projects. But we've shipped a ton already in 2025 and are long overdue for an update. Here's all that's new 👇 👥 Share a single form with a teammate with read or write permissions 🔗 Enable a magic link that grants access to a form or its results 📝 Dynamically name generated PDF documents 📋 Table field 🧰 Delete submissions via API 🚀 View edit history for forms 👀 Conditionally render PDF fields 🖼️ Organization asset gallery (reuse images and logos across your forms) 🛠️ Fixes and improvements - Duplicating and exporting forms includes any attached workflows - Currencies are now formatted in generated PDFs - Fixed an issue where voice recordings were not included in CSV exports - Added support for easily showing the Stripe payment receipt on ending pages - Many, many minor fixes and improvements Stay tuned for several major updates in the coming weeks!

Every SaaS product should have an affiliate program. They're easy to set up and drive a lot of signups if done right. Plus you get to reward fans of your product for recommending you: win-win. For example, our top affiliate made $3500 this quarter sharing Fillout on relevant forum posts! Here's how we run the program: Affiliates get a custom link that tracks referred signups. They get a 30% recurring commission on all upgrades. At the end of each quarter: 1. A Retool app calculates commissions based on Stripe + our database 2. Pending payouts are added to a Google Sheet 3. We issue payouts via PayPal (haven't found how to automate this piece yet) We've built in alerts to flag affiliate scammers (people who try and abuse the system). Let me know if you have questions or ideas on how to to improve the program!

    Turn Your Data into Dollars

Fillout has been slowly winning me over from my other form software. This visual illustration is just one reason. Before I get to the second let me explain how this is NOT similar to Typeform (although it does resemble). What you're seeing is page flow logic, not question logic. That's a big difference. Fillout allows you to create a one-question per page experience but also doesn't limit you to one question per page. I love that flexibility! I love even more (my second reason here) the integration with Airtable. This is the only form software that can pull in all the data from an Airtable database and prefill the form with those values. Sounds like I'm heavily promoting the software right? I'm just get excited for software that makes data collection and organization easy.

Underrated hack for new product development: Add a "share feedback" button next to each new feature. I'm amazed at how much people are willing to share if you make it easy. We use a Fillout form (of course) that sends feedback to a dedicated Slack channel for each area of the product. We've done this for a dozen new features this year and the feedback has been invaluable for understanding what to build next.
