Our quest to make Fillout silky smooth continues. A recent improvement: duplicating forms - Auto-highlight input for easy typing - Keyboard navigation (Enter submits, Esc cancels) - One click to open the new form It sounds small but I'm increasingly convinced that getting these 100s of micro-interactions right is what separates "good" vs. "great" software.

✅ ❌ Fillout's new Approvals feature lets you add action buttons directly into workflows. This means you can now set up forms that do more than collect data—they prompt users to take actions like Approve or Reject, automatically guiding the next steps in the workflow. Recently, I stumbled across a ‘form builder’ called Fillout that’s offering a free tier, and honestly, it’s the best I’ve found so far. If, like me, you take online bookings for client consultations of various durations, want to link it directly to your calendar to avoid double bookings, and want to take payments all in one go—this might be for you. And the best part? It’s all available on the free tier. It’s saved me £150 a year by allowing me to drop my previous booking app. What’s not to like?
