2024 was a big year at Flourish! We improved our intelligent segmentation, providing personalized and targeted incentivized journeys, added A/B testing capabilities and expanded our use cases beyond digitalization and loan repayment to credit card activation and usage, highlighting responsible spending habits. Our Activation Campaign module has been updated to enhance processing mechanics, improve the user experience, and expand the rules engine capabilities, providing greater configuration power for financial institutions. Our product team also enriched our gamification features, guaranteeing more options for engagement, playfulness and added new modules for financial knowledge content. Our integration got faster, with enhanced APIs capabilities resulting in simpler integration and more configuration options, including activities focused on personalized nudges for the end-user.

Changing habits is not easy, especially when we're talking about finances. Financial health seems like a distant dream for most people, achievable only for those with more money. That's why information alone on maintaining good financial habits is not a guarantee of behavior change. Flourish Fi technology was studied by two American professors, Simon Blanchard from Georgetown University and Mike Palazzolo from the University of California, Davis, to understand how we change habits.
