The #1 success factor was “digital adoption” - think about the small businesses that have a strong online presence, are implementing AI into their workflow, simplified their e-commerce system, automated their customer follow-up and social media marketing, etc. - these are the small businesses that are thriving, usually thinking about growth/scale, and are subsequently more happy with their job."
