  • For the fourth consecutive year, Forte has proudly partnered with Habitat for Humanity of Long Island, an independently operated affiliate of Habitat for Humanity International, dedicated to building safe and affordable homes for deserving families on Long Island. This year, Forte participated in the construction of a new home in Brentwood, Long Island, for a lovely family of four. The new 1,600-square-foot Brentwood home is particularly special as it marks Habitat Long Island's first 3D-printed home on Long Island. This innovative project was made possible through the nonprofit's collaboration with SQ4D, a Long Island-based 3D home printing company. Utilizing their Max Autonomous Robotic Construction System (ARCS), SQ4D helped construct the building onsite, showcasing the future of homebuilding. A dedicated team of 13 Forte employees and family members volunteered for a day of contributions, including caulking, painting, aluminum work, and the installation of window boxes. Forte's Vice President Jeffrey R. Cardillo, a master electrician by trade, assisted in the preparation of the home's electrical closet installation! Thank you to everyone who participated and dedicated their time to support this amazing cause. Your efforts have truly made a difference in the progression of this home!

  • This year’s team-building activity was at the paintball fields! It was a fantastic day filled with teamwork, strategy, and a lot of fun. From the start, everyone jumped into the action with enthusiasm. It was great to see how well we all worked together, forming strategies and supporting each other on the field. The event truly showcased our ability to collaborate and enjoy each other’s company outside of the office. A big thank you to everyone who participated – your energy and sportsmanship were what made the day special. Whether you were a paintball veteran or trying it for the first time, your involvement was appreciated!
