Focus on research, trends and strategy. 🧑🏫 Educating the org about fraud, fraud fighting and what it means for the company. 🤔 Accepting that the simplest explanation might be true. 🎯 Strategy over tactics at all levels. Out: ❌ The lone hero mentality of fraud prevention. ❌ Examining every transaction individually. Too slow, too narrow. ❌ Complaining that no one else in the org gets fraud.
