    #CRM systems are making major strides to drive smarter, faster, and more actionable insights directly into the hands of revenue teams. One of the biggest changes driven by #AI is the ability to integrate data from different systems, enabling #sales and #marketing teams to act on more accurate understandings of customer needs and opportunities. Per McKinsey & Company's recent global survey on marketing operating models: Marketing-led growth relies on data to ensure that strategic choices are fact based and rooted in a deep understanding of the consumer. However, many marketers still struggle with fully leveraging analytics and insights to drive decision making. In fact, 64 percent of respondents say they make marketing decisions that aren’t primarily influenced by analytics.
