By helping the less fortunate, we can help build our community, making all of us stronger. FULLERTON is excited to announce that Zachary Bailey has been promoted to Vice President of our Small Cell and Fiber division. In Zach’s previous role as Director of the division, he successfully led the project management side, ensuring efficient execution. With his promotion to Vice President, he will now oversee the entire division, including the engineering and design team, broadening his scope of responsibility and impact. Zach brings a wealth of experience as a seasoned leader in the industry, making him the perfect fit to guide this division to new heights.   As VP of Small Cells and Fiber, Zach will continue to focus on maintaining the high standards of service Fullerton’s customers have come to expect. His forward-thinking approach and ability to optimize operations will ensure we not only meet but exceed client needs while uncovering new opportunities for growth.   This transition represents an exciting step forward for Fullerton. FULLERTON is thrilled to announce the promotion of Andrew Herring to Executive Vice President of Strategic Development. Andrew will now lead our Sales Department, a strategic shift that aligns with our mission to expand and diversify our offerings across all divisions.   Previously, Andrew held the role of Senior Vice President of Fiber and Small Cells and consistently demonstrated his operational expertise, commitment to excellence, and ability to drive impactful results. In his new role as EVP of Strategic Development, Andrew will leverage his operational insights to build innovative sales strategies, focus on profitable growth, and identify new business opportunities that bring value across the organization.   Andrew’s leadership has been instrumental in shaping Fullerton’s Fiber and Small Cell Division, and we’re excited to see him apply his talents in this expanded capacity. Fullerton CEO, Kelly Lazuka, said, “This change is part of a broader strategy to diversify our offerings, expand our reach, and continuously improve how we serve our clients.
