This week, G3 broke ground on an impressive garage repair project at Park Shore Plaza in downtown Chicago. This project will make extensive waterproofing repairs to the plaza's garage decking and membrane. Check out this common corridor transformation recently completed by G3! This 27 story high rise in Chicago's Lakeview neighborhood underwent an extensive renovation on all 74 of their existing residential corridors. The work included: Replace carpeting and base Replace light fixtures Prep and paint walls, frames and doors Install new wall covering Install new door hardware on unit doors and common doors What an improvement! We are proud to have been a part of this impressive project!
