The usual rush of life slows down, and we find ourselves in this gentle pause – a space where we can finally breathe and reflect. Some of us will be wrapped in blankets, enjoying the quiet. Others, surrounded by family, savoring those extra moments. And many of us will feel that subtle stirring of possibility These in-between days are like fresh snow – untouched, full of potential, and waiting for our first steps. While the rest of the world is rushing to make grand plans for January 1st, I invite you to appreciate these quiet moments. This is your time to: 👂 Listen to your inner voice 👀 Notice what truly matters to you 💭 Dream without pressure 😴 Rest without guilt Sometimes the most profound changes don't come from our loudest declarations or biggest plans... They come from these quiet moments of genuine reflection.

Each face in our community represents a story of transformation. Of possibility. Of breaking through barriers that once seemed insurmountable. This is why we do what we do. ✨ 2024 wasn't just a year of personal milestones—though those were pretty wild. From meeting Richard Branson on Necker Island to hanging out at Kevin Costner's ranch, to connecting with Karlie Kloss in China, and being named one of Colorado's Top 25 Most Powerful Women in Business... each moment was incredible. But none of those compare to what our community achieved together. Because the real story isn't in these milestones. It's about our community. About breaking down barriers. About proving that technology isn't just a tool—it's a pathway to possibility. Not Everything Went Perfect 💫 We missed some revenue targets. Had to sunset a product we believed in.  Faced moments of doubt and uncertainty. But we kept showing up. For our commnity. For each other. Looking ahead to 2025 🎯 We're dreaming big and planning even bigger: ✅ Expanding our digital skills training to more historically underserved communities ✅ Launching new programs that bridge the technology skills gap ✅ Creating more scholarship opportunities for women and minority entrepreneurs ✅ Deepening our partnerships with organizations that share our vision of empowerment And our BIG SURPRISE? ✨   Our first-ever in-person GeekPack event is coming, and I need YOUR input!
