He succeeds Phil Eyler who will remain as an advisor to Mr. Presley and the company through June 30, 2025. We would like to thank Phil for his seven years of extraordinary leadership and contributions to the company. Phil led Gentherm’s transformation into the global leader in thermal and pneumatic comfort technology and positioned the company for long term success. We wish him the best in his next chapter.     Bill has over 30 years of experience in roles of increasing responsibilities in the automotive industry. Currently as Vice-Chairman and Chief Operating Officer of Aptiv PLC, Bill leads more than 160,000 global employees across 40 countries. As a recognized leader in the industry, Bill possesses exceptionally deep automotive general management, engineering, and manufacturing expertise.
