Our New York affordable housing team recently hosted an engaging Senior Resident Breakfast Presentation, reinforcing our commitment to the Manhattanville campus renovation project in West Harlem, NY. During the meeting, we discussed key topics such as hazard abatement preparedness, temporary move planning, the start of lease signing, an overview of the PACT program, and the transition to Section 8. The PACT program transitions developments from traditional public housing assistance to the more stable, federally funded Project-Based Section 8 program — unlocking funding for designated PACT partners to complete comprehensive repairs.
