The intentionally intimate personal and professional development community for change agents.

About us

Instead of asking for a seat at the table, we decided to build our own. Enter: The Girls Club Collective. We're the intentionally intimate community for change agents looking for an extended team and energizing environment built for authentic connection and personal and professional growth. Together, we’re reimagining ambition and leading a movement of mission-driven work fueled by moxie, strategy, and a little bit of magic. That means you not only join a circle of people who are building a better future; you’ll also build meaningful relationships with other leaders who are ready to open doors, connect dots, share their secrets, and celebrate your wins. This is a space where you can take a look at how you can grow, explore what it is that you really want, and manifest your dream of living by the beach/in the mountains/halfway around the world while doing meaningful work that doesn’t require you to sacrifice your life. We’re the secret weapon for women changing the world. And we want YOU to be a part of the collective that is working to build a future that works for all of us, together.

  • ICYMI, the Regenerative Futures Summit is a half-day visioning and skill-building interactive gathering for feminist impact and ESG leaders, entrepreneurs, activists, and academics who are working to spark systemic change 🪄that Lis Best and Rebecca Magee are co-hosting on January 31.   You’ll go from feeling overwhelmed by the prospect of carrying on in 2025 to feeling inspired by what we’re creating together, equipped with new futures thinking and systems change tools to help you in your day-to-day work, and clear on the role you want to play in stewarding our shared regeneration 🌍. Here’s a peek at what’s on our agenda: 👋𝗢𝗽𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗦𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻: We’ll create space for you to settle in, connect with gratitude to ground our work, and honor the grief you may be feeling in this moment. 🔮𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸𝘀𝗵𝗼𝗽 𝟭: 𝗦𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗮𝗹𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗛𝗼𝗽𝗲: We’ll draw from Deep Ecology and foresight tools, such as the 3 Horizons framework and signals, to put what we’re experiencing into context. You’ll then break into small groups for an engaging exercise on exploring where the future you envision is already emerging. 💌𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸𝘀𝗵𝗼𝗽 𝟮: 𝗟𝗼𝘃𝗲 𝗟𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗙𝘂𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲: With your newly gathered evidence of the emergent future, you’ll take some time to articulate your vision for both the collective and for yourself, reflecting on the change you want to see for all of us and the role you want to play moving forward. Expect a mix of guided introspection and time for sharing. 🎉𝗖𝗹𝗼𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗦𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻: Before we send you on your way, we’ll wrap up the experience with a combination of celebration, commitment and connection to help you feel inspired and energized for 2025. I bring order to chaos.

💕 Last night, I had the absolute joy of joining Hannah Wells 🌎, Lis Best, and Girls Club Collective for an End-Of-Year Celebration/Gratitude call. How was 2024? As my son said "I would like to put a Do-Not-Disturb sign on 2025." Instead of re-hashing the trying and life-altering parts of 2024, we were invited to celebrate our achievements. For my family, it was the year of sticky, stinky, murky mud that is only now producing a lotus. With this renewed, gratitude-filled perspective, I celebrated the following achievements in 2024: 1️⃣ Resilience! Emotional resilience. Financial resilience. Physical resilience. 2024 tested me in every way possible. 2️⃣ Authenticity! Through supportive people, like GCC folks and Zoe Koumbouzi, I've shown up as my authentic self in the professional realm. 3️⃣ Redefinition! I've redefined what is possible for my career. I've embraced my multipassionate-self. Transforming my passion for astrology into a business offering has been scary, but so well-received. Watch this space for more. Outside of myself, I'm celebrating a community that held me during the hellfire trials of 2024. Through mutual aid, emotional support, and emotional co-regulation, they were there. I'm celebrating my son, whose medical recovery and sheer determination was awe-inspiring. And I'm celebrating you, strangers on the Internet. You make the world lively, interesting, and sometimes nutty. 🎄 🎁 ☃️ With that, I'm off from LinkedIn for a week or so. Please have a happy and safe holiday season!

Strategy Lead & Cofounder at qb.

Sneak peek at future eccentric professor Sam! 🎓 Had an amazing time teaching a class on strategy and systems thinking—bringing to life for students how to uncover leverage points for change, whether for products, communities, or cultural shifts. We dove into: 👉 Identifying problems 👉 Conducting user research 👉 Prototyping 👉 Testing and revising Guest lecturing at the University of San Francisco was the bright spot in a hard week. The energy and creativity in the room were inspiring, and the students' appreciation at the end made this tired mom cry. Thank you for the opportunity, Rachel Beth Egenhoefer. Grateful for how you are shaping future changemakers! 💡✨ #SystemsThinking #DesignThinking #Education #Changemakers

Community for Change Agents 👯♀️ | Impact Leaders' Secret Weapon 💥 | Policy, Sustainability + Storytelling Strategist 🎯 | Host of the Women Changing the World Podcast 🎧

Fun work update: Yesterday, we *officially* opened the doors to Connected AF: 2025 Portal Edition, our signature relationship 💞 and personal sustainability accelerator 🚀 , with a focus on ending this year thoughtfully and beginning next year intentionally.    We designed this space because what we're building in Girls Club Collective is often easier to feel than it is to describe, and we know so many people are craving the kind of connection and community we've created right now. So we want to give you an opportunity to feel the magic for yourself while also giving yourself the gift of time and space to connect, reflect, and set intentions for the year ahead. ✨   I know it may feel hard to dream or think big right now (I'm with you!), and what I also know (coming out of our *amazing* community power hour with 50+ impact leaders yesterday) is that something really special happens when we gather with other women to be exactly who and where we are and notice and share what's on our hearts.   Inside this 3-week program, you'll get to experience all three pillars of our GCC feminine leadership lab: Connection and mutual support 💖 : We'll cover service-based networking intros, and you'll receive a curated 1:1 connection based on your goals and interests (made by yours truly). Embodied strategy 🎯 : We'll create time for you to reflect on 2024, identify what you need to close out the year from a place of overflow, REST included (and how to make it a reality), and begin to craft your vision, intentions, questions and goals for 2025 in a way that actually feels *good.* Visibility and amplification 🤩 : We'll close out our accelerator with space for you to celebrate your wins this year and share your desires for the year ahead for witnessing, accountability and abundant mutual support from the people who can actually help you make $#!+ happen. We meet Wednesdays, December 4, 11, and 18 at 9am PT / 12pm ET. This experience is $222 until November 24, and you get a bonus 1:1 match when you sign up today.   For the past two weeks, I've been reminded that, in the words of Ayisha Siddiqa, "Love is still the only revenge." If you're in a space where connection and community are priorities going into 2025, and you're craving SPACE for yourself and reciprocal relationships with other people who can help you dream bigger, connect dots, and make making an impact a whole lot more fun, please JOIN US. Not only is this going to be amazing, but investing in and showing up for spaces and experiences like this is the definition of organizing for a better future and makes the work I / we do possible.
