About us
Glass Psychotherapy is a premier, fully remote private practice founded by Jamie Glass in December 2023. Specializing in relational healing and healthy intimacy, we offer tailored therapy services to help our clients overcome the effects of relational trauma, including abuse and neglect. Our mission is to empower individuals to address the underlying trauma driving negative patterns and promote growth and healing through secure attachments. As a modern, fully remote practice, we are committed to providing accessible and convenient mental healthcare for busy people like you! We are dedicated to supporting clients in rebuilding their sense of self and in establishing healthier, more intimate relationships. We also believe in a collaborative approach – one that combines an understanding of maladaptive patterns with action-oriented approaches to ensure clients not only comprehend their challenges, but also take definitive steps toward change.

We’re often quick to show up for others—offering support, encouragement, and kindness without a second thought. But when it comes to ourselves? Think about the ways you’ve supported those around you recently. What would it feel like to offer yourself the same care and compassion? Prioritizing your own well-being isn’t selfish—it’s essential. #SelfCompassion #HealingJourney #PrioritizeYou #MentalHealthMatters #Care #GlassPsychotherapy

The holidays are meant to be joyful, but they can also bring challenging conversations to the table—literally. Whether it’s tense debates or prying questions, navigating these moments with grace can feel overwhelming. Here’s the good news: you can redirect tense discussions without compromising your peace! 1. Acknowledge, don’t engage: Try “That’s an interesting point” and steer the topic elsewhere. 2. Shift the focus: Ask about their favorite holiday memory, recipe, or upcoming plans. 3. Set a boundary with kindness: “I’d rather focus on the good moments we’re sharing today.” At Glass Psychotherapy, we're committed to helping individuals develop communication skills that support healthier, more intentional relationships. The holidays can bring so much joy—but also a fair share of stress. It’s easy to feel overwhelmed by expectations, crowded schedules, and the pressure to make everything perfect. When things feel heavy, pause and ask yourself: 🤎 Can I choose kindness over criticism—especially for myself? 🤎 Can I focus on moments of connection, not perfection? 🤎 Can I let go of what’s beyond my control? The magic of the holidays isn’t in doing it all—it’s in the thoughts we hold and the moments we cherish. #Quote #SelfCare #FindPeace #StressRelief #Inspire #UpliftSpirits #Coping #ToughTimes #GlassPsychotherapy

Feeling “off” doesn’t always mean something is wrong! Not every low mood or bad day needs a reason. It could be your body asking for a pause, your mind processing something deeper, or just life being unpredictable. Give yourself permission to simply feel—without judgment, without guilt, without needing to have all the answers. Rest, recharge, and trust that this moment will pass. You’re allowed to just be. 🤎 Follow along for more tips! 💌 #TipOfTheDay #MentalHealthTips #SelfCompassion #Healing #WellnessJourney #DontOverthinkIt #JustBe #GlassPsychotherapy #Reminder

Closure doesn’t always come from the person who hurt you... Sometimes, the apology, explanation, or acknowledgment you’re waiting for may never come—and that’s an incredibly hard truth to sit with. But here’s the empowering part: you don’t need their actions to find peace. Closure is something you can create for yourself. Ready to take the first steps toward healing?
