Reflecting on the Global BA Community in 2024 and Our Vision for 2025 As 2024 wraps up, it’s time to celebrate the incredible milestones of the Global BA Community (https://lnkd.in/dtjCXujJ).  This year, we welcomed 1,500+ new members, hosted 106 events, published 71 insightful articles, and saw 250+ contributors actively shaping the community’s growth. Together, we've built a space where BAs from every corner of the world come to connect, collaborate, and grow. Highlights of 2024: ✨ Knowledge Sharing at Its Best: “Weekly webinars” and BA Blog explored trending topics like AI, System and Data Analysis, practical BA tools, etc. ✨ Newsletter with a Purpose: Our newsletter offered upskilling recommendations aligned with the latest industry demands, helping members stay ahead in their careers. Rating 4,6 out of 5 tells everything.  ✨ Showcasing Member-Led Creativity: This year, community members demonstrated incredible leadership by launching their own initiatives: Dmytro Lozovytskyi introduced “Project Insider,” providing 30-minute practical insights into real-project BA challenges.  Jan Mazurek’s “Let’s Ask Expert” connected the community with leading professionals through insightful and interactive discussions. ✨ Collaborative Events: Offline and hybrid events brought BAs together locally and globally, fostering deeper connections and professional development. ✨ A Platform for Excellence: The BA Excellence Conference brought professionals together with interactive formats and thought-provoking discussions. Lessons Learned: 2024 taught us the importance of emphasizing practical over theoretical content and focusing more on local hybrid events to strengthen community bonds and accessibility. These lessons will guide our plans for the coming year. Looking Ahead to 2025: 🚀 Professional Brand Development: The community is evolving into a powerful platform where members can showcase their expertise, write articles, deliver talks, or even launch their own initiatives. 🚀 Expanding Hybrid Formats: We aim to make events more accessible while maintaining a strong focus on interaction and collaboration. 🚀 Building Local Chapters: Developing local chapters will be a priority, enabling BAs to form robust professional networks within their regions. 🚀 Practical Knowledge Sharing: Blogs, webinars, and workshops will continue to emphasize personal project experiences to deliver real-world value.
