Par un nouveau décret du gouvernement français publié le 13 novembre 2024, des entreprises doivent avoir des panneaux solaires au-dessus des parcs de stationnement. Les régles précisent que des parcs de stationnement qui contiennent plus que 1.500 mètres carrés doivent installer des systèmes pour des energies renouvelables, ou ils doivent payer un amende pour chaque mètre carré non couvert.
