"The future of Women's Health is having the imagination to BELIEVE this is something we can do."
- Senator Amy Klobuchar
I attended "A New Era in Women's Health" event in Chicago on Tuesday hosted by Liz Powell and the Women's Health PAC during the week of the DNC.
We had Senators, Congresswomen, Doctors, and people passionate about Women's Health across the spectrum of equitable CARE.
HIGHLIGHTS:
* Women's symptoms are often discounted because they're not included in studies.
* Racism, sexism, ageism, gender and unconscious bias in healthcare.
* Create access and increase the dollars in the women's health realm.
* Passion and Policy across the spectrum of menopause, breast cancer and reproductive health.
* Diversity in leadership has better outcomes.
The Women's Health movement energy is going higher with each personal story and intention for positive change.
