🌟 Meet Marcia Brown, our Student of the Year! 🌟 Marcia’s journey is nothing short of inspiring. After leaving high school in 1999, she spent 25 years dreaming of earning her diploma. At 41, while raising five kids, caring for her mom, and working 16-hour days, Marcia took a leap of faith and enrolled at the Excel Center Adult High School. With the support she had once feared to seek, Marcia not only graduated but also earned a phlebotomy certification—celebrating alongside her son, who graduated high school the same week. Today, Marcia is thriving in her career as a phlebotomist at We Are Blood, cherishing time with her family, and inspiring those around her. Her advice? “It’s never too late.
