Please join us in welcoming two new members to our team! Hunter Pugh, Signage Project Manager, is from Frederick, MD. He has a background in marketing asset development and creation, including point-of-purchase displays, print items, copywriting, and digital content (photo, video, graphic design). He has filmed projects in Africa, Asia, North America, and South America, and he dreams of visiting all seven continents. For fun, he enjoys backpacking, rock climbing, video games, photography, and any kind of adventure he can find. Alonzo Werner, Fabric and Dye Sublimation Operator, is from the Hanover area. Volunteer Spotlight! Jen Summers, CNC/Flatbed Operator, recently returned from a 5-day volunteer trip to Boone, NC, with her church group and Samaritan’s Purse, helping with Hurricane Helene relief. Jen shared that while the photos don't capture the full extent of the destruction, her time in the hard-hit areas – especially Lansing, NC – was deeply moving and eye-opening. Despite the devastation, she met amazing volunteers from across the country and locals who were profoundly impacted by the storm. With so much damage done, it was clear that this would be a multiple-day effort. Amazingly, when Jen shared her volunteer plans, four team members stepped up and offered their VTO (volunteer time off) days to her. This selfless act allowed Jen to take the entire five-day volunteer trip without using any of her vacation time – a true display of our core value, We Not Me. Thank you, Bill Higgins, Signage General Manager, Austin Meiron, Signage Utility, and Ben Powel, Signs Installer, for donating your VTO – you're truly amazing!
