As of September 24, 2024, I am pleased to announce that I have received a utility patent from the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) for my company, GreenPark Lighting. This patent pertains to our innovative product, The LightSpike, a unique pre-assembled holiday stake light that eliminates the need for customer assembly, as the bulb and stake are integrated directly out of the box. At just 20 years old, this achievement represents both a personal and professional milestone for me. The past year has been a rigorous journey, and I am grateful for the invaluable guidance I received from Sydney N. Forsander, P.E., and the team at Husch Blackwell throughout the intellectual property process. *Please note that the design patent for The LightSpike is currently pending.*
