Thrilled to participate in Project Ecopolis with Ezra Wube and the Friends of the High Line!
Coming Soon to the High Line Channel: "PROJECT ECOPOLIS" As part of "PROJECT ECOPOLIS" (2024), I had the privilege of collaborating on one of four short stop-motion films by artist Ezra Wube and commissioned for the High Line Network's Joint Art Initiative. The work is the second Joint Art Initiative (JAI) commission, a program that explores how Network members can leverage public art to inspire civic discourse and deepen connections among the communities surrounding Network projects. On Monday, November 18, I'll be moderating a conversation between Ezra and our fellow collaborators Tanya Ward and Gloria I. Rivera from Englewood Agro-Eco District in Chicago, Karen Farber from Buffalo Bayou Partnership in Houston, Texas; Jordan Remington of Friends of Waterfront Park Seattle, for the High Line Channel premiere and an artist talk! If you'll be in New York City in November, I hope you save your spot for the upcoming Artist Talk and premiere! 📺 "Project Ecopolis," November 18, 2024 - January 7, 2025 📍 On the High Line at 14th Street 📆 Premiere and Artist Talk | November 18th at 6:30pm at The Theatre in the Rubin Museum 🎫 https://lnkd.in/e_HatVCq Learn more about the Joint Art Initiative: https://lnkd.in/epBpbKg8
