Fritjof Tibblin-Bergmark, Material Specialist and part of our EMEA Product Engineering team, recently did a presentation to engineering-students at the Linnaeus University in southern Sweden. Fritjof explained heat treatment in detail, and went through hardening, tempering and how we heat treat our products to give them different properties. Kito Crosby in Växjö has an ongoing collaboration with the university, and often invite students to our factory to learn about our processes and sometimes we are invited as guest lecturers on various different courses.
