Last week Water/Wastewater Deputy Practice Leader Robert Ern, PE, DBIA, participated in a sold-out panel discussion sponsored by Halff and hosted by DBIA Central Florida Chapter. Rob joined panelists Benjamin Lawless (Pond & Company), Joey Roselli (American Structurepoint) and moderator Lee Hale (Hale Innovation) to discuss deliverable expectations from the designer’s standpoint for #designbuild projects. Topics included the timing of deliverables, what constitutes progress submittals at 30/60/90/100% design completion, timing of guaranteed maximum prices and differences in project delivery between the different markets.
