Exciting day at HAMCO it has been. Our Tru by Hilton has broken ground.
Shovels in the ground! Today we helped Hospitality Asset Management Company (HAMCO) break ground for the new Tru by Hilton. The 98-room hotel will be located next to G.M. McCrossin along the Benner Pike near the I-99 interchange between State College and Bellefonte. The hotel project is welcome news given that visitation to #HappyValleyPA is on the rise, and weekend demand is at an all-time high. The HVAB applauds HAMCO for moving forward with a new infrastructure project in what is still a challenging climate for major capital investments. The project shows confidence in Centre County's strong visitation economy.
