Our efforts to strengthen safety and quality across our operations continue with a focus in four areas: investing in workforce training, simplifying manufacturing plans and processes, eliminating defects, and elevating our safety and quality culture. Here are some of the actions we have taken: ✔️ Addressed 70%+ of action items in commercial airplane production based on employee feedback during Quality Stand Down sessions. ✔️ Instituted random, daily quality audits of documented removals in high-frequency areas to ensure compliance to process. ✔️ Added hundreds of hours of curriculum to training programs, including quality proficiency, Safety Management System (SMS) Positive Safety Culture and critical skills. ✔️ Mapped and prepared thousands of governance documents and work instructions for revision. Good day, everyone. I hope you had a wonderful Christmas. I’d like to take a few moments to remember where we come from. It all began in 2009 with a small but determined team, united by a passion for innovation and a commitment to supporting the aviation industry’s most demanding needs. Over the years, we’ve grown into a trusted partner for aerospace industry leaders, as well as a proud contributor to our nation’s defense. As we wrap up this remarkable year, I want to take a moment to reflect on our accomplishments. These achievements are not just milestones for our company, they’re a testament to the values that have driven us since day one: innovation, quality, and a relentless pursuit of excellence. 2024 has been an example of the dedication, and resilience of our team.
