Harrison Street and LV Collective are proud to announce their joint venture in the development of two new housing communities near Purdue University and the University of Michigan. These new developments will consist of 856 units and 2,316 beds and will provide various amenities to its residents along with access to key locations on campus. “As two of the preeminent, public higher education institutions in the US, Purdue University and the University of Michigan are both seeing significant enrollment growth, contributing to broader housing demand in their respective cities that cannot be addressed by the current residential housing supply. Harrison Street is excited to announce the successful sale of a nearly $900 Million U.S. student housing portfolio. Harrison Street’s Canada Alternative Real Estate Fund was recently recognized as a Real Estate Sector Leader in two categories, Regional Sector Leader (Americas, Diversified) and Regional Non-Listed Sector Leader (Americas, Diversified) among all Canada core diversified funds evaluated by the 2024 Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmark (GRESB)*. GRESB Sector Leaders are the best performers by sector, region and nature of ownership from across the GRESB Assessments. Launched in August 2021, Harrison Street’s Canada Alternative Real Estate Fund is an open-end fund designed to provide investments in stabilized, cash-flow producing real estate with demographic-driven demand across Canada. The three properties consist of 635-units and are located in, Arizona, Tennessee, and Missouri.
