At Harry's, one of our core values is “See the Person, Serve the People.” One way that we try to bring that to life as a team is through service and connecting with our local communities. Looking back at 2024, we’re proud to reflect on the impact we made made, with over 65% of our employees contributing a collective 3,000 volunteer hours across 98 nonprofit organizations in the U.S. and U.K.. We served thousands of meals to neighbors, provided mentorship and career education to hundreds of students, cared for our local green spaces, and more. A massive thank you to our nonprofit community partners and our incredible team, especially those who went above and beyond to spearhead these initiatives. None of this would be possible without their efforts!

Today is World Mental Health Day and we are so excited to have Harry's featured at the Nasdaq MarketSite in Times Square in celebration. As one of the small handful of companies featured, we got the chance to highlight two of our team members—Co-Founder and Co-CEO Jeffrey Raider and Director of Social Impact Maggie Hureau—for their continued dedication to our social mission. What an honor to see Harry's and the impact we've made alongside our incredible nonprofit partners in bringing quality mental health care to over 2 million men and counting spotlighted in such a big way (literally, it's huge)!

Big thank you to our friends at Wondery and How I Built This for inviting our co-founder and co-CEO Jeffrey Raider back for their latest episode of Advice Line. On it, Jeff sits down with Guy Raz to take hotline-style calls from early-stage founders looking for advice on their businesses—from an LA-based gelato brand balancing multiple revenue streams, to a children's book subscription brand looking to build community loyalty, to a package delivery service that’s learning how to scale customer experience. You can listen to the full episode (and learn more about the incredible entrepreneurs who called in to share their stories) on all podcast platforms now! https://lnkd.in/eZTZaGCW

Happy Pride from Harry’s! This June, we’re teaming up with our friends at The Trevor Project, the leading organization working to end suicide among LGBTQ+ youth, for a month of storytelling and learning around mental health. Each week on our Instagram, we'll be sharing personal letters written by people to their younger selves, as well as helpful insights and care resources. As part of our longtime support of The Trevor Project, we’re donating $400,000 in 2024, bringing our total contribution to more than $2.1 million to date. This fuels our year-round partnership, which helps organization continue to expand and improve crisis services, as well as grow awareness among marginalized communities. Together over the last 5 years, we’ve been able to connect nearly 1 million LGBTQ+ youth to life saving care. Be sure to to follow Harry’s Instagram to watch the campaign unfold and check out the first “Story Spotlight” post, which went live today! https://lnkd.in/ePebRwpt

Very excited to share that Harry’s is a winner of Engage for Good's 2024 Halo Awards, which recognizes the best campaigns in corporate social impact! We were awarded Silver in the Mental Health Category for our work on Team: Changing Minds, in collaboration Futures Without Violence, Big Brothers Big Sisters of America, and the National Council for Mental Wellbeing. With $5 million in funding from Harry’s and a vision to change the way mental health is offered to young men and boys, Team: Changing Minds has now become the largest youth mental health program in the country. In just their first year of operation, the program trained over 20K mental health responders and connected over 500K young people to adults ready to offer support. Huge thank you to Engage for Good for this recognition, and to our partners at Futures Without Violence, Big Brothers Big Sisters of America, and the National Council for Mental Wellbeing their incredible work and ongoing partnership. At Harry’s, we’ve always been focused on actionable ways that we can make an impact on the state of men’s mental health. Today, we’re excited to celebrate #MentalHealthActionDay , which is focused on motivating us all to take real steps towards improving our mental health, no matter where you are in your journey. Throughout May, as part of #MentalHealthAwarenessMonth, we’ve partnered with our friends at Mental Health America—the nation’s leading national nonprofit dedicated to the promotion of mental health—to share important information around men’s mental health, and to remind everyone that taking action looks different for everyone. You can learn more about how you can get involved, get informed, and get screened at https://lnkd.in/eCU2NKzb.

We got a head start on #NationalVolunteeringWeek with our very own 3rd annual See the Person, Serve the People Week of Global Service! We worked alongside amazing organizations like The Trevor Project, Hudson River Park Trust, Gladys Love Project, and The Door - A Center of Alternatives, donating 600+ hours of our team’s time to making an impact in the communities we live and work in. This was our biggest year yet! To name a few highlights: we researched suicide-prevention policies across dozens of schools to support LGBTQ youth advocacy, pulled dozens of bags of invasive plants from our park ecosystems, wrote hundreds of letters to elders reminding them they are appreciated, and assembled 1.2k razor-care packages.
