Thanksgiving can be a time for family and friends. It's also one of trauma and history steeped in exploitation, abuse, and g*n*cide. But it has also provided Asian Americans with the space to find new ways to embrace our families, cultures & heritages.

Creativity is #AsianAmerican liberation When Asian America was founded in the ‘70s, it was an act of creative rebellion. By just existing, Asian American art is subversive. So - nourish your creativity.

Perfectionism is White Supremacy. Hear us out. We’re not saying “don’t be excellent, or do good work.” But perfectionism doesn’t actually help with any of that. It just adds pressure - and then guilt, when we fail to live up to impossible standards. That’s not what progress looks like. That’s oppression.
