Originally from Brazil, Barbara moved to Minneapolis, Minnesota after earning a Chemical Engineering degree with a Business Administration minor from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2020. She began her career at H.B. Fuller as a Sourcing Analyst I and quickly advanced to Global Strategic Sourcing Manager in just four years. Her work is dynamic, strategic and focused on innovation and sustainability. During her four years at H.B.
