As we reflect on affection of all types today, let’s not forget the relationships we form with our coworkers — the mentors who empower us, the work besties who make 9-5 more fun, the former colleagues-turned-friends who we still keep in touch with. Relationships of all kinds add fulfillment to our lives, and the ones we build at work are no exception. 🧡

Last week I had the absolute privilege to gather with many of our clients that are headquartered outside the US to explore the evolving landscape of workplace mental health and wellbeing as part of our 2025 client summit in London. For me it was a full circle moment, as many of our longer-term strategic clients are headquartered outside the US. Getting a chance to meet many of them face-to-face and reaffirm our collective global belief that mental health isn’t just a benefit—it’s a necessity for a thriving workforce was inspiring. We kicked off the afternoon with a sneak peak to our upcoming 2025 Workforce State of Mind report led by our Chief Clinical Officer Jenna Glover offering fresh insights into the challenges and opportunities shaping the way we support employees going forward. This led to a thought-provoking panel discussion with experts from The Football Association, British Army, and Lloyds Banking Group, led by our own Zoë Bancroft, CMHC, who shared firsthand how they’re embedding wellbeing and mental health into their organizations. Attendees then took part in roundtable discussions, diving deep into their thoughts on the trends, while exchanging ideas on what’s working (and what’s not). Seeing the engagement in the room—leaders learning from each other — was a reminder that although workforces may be different - they share many similar opportunities and challenges as it relates to mental health. Later in the day, we explored the future of Headspace, with a walk through of our product roadmap as we are set to some of the most product evolution in our solution this year with the launch of video coaching, more global languages, and Ebb, our AI Companion. From there our Director of Meditation, Eve Lewis Prieto and Jenna Glover co-led a powerful conversation on the role of preventative and end-to-end mental healthcare and why having mindfulness, coaching, therapy and psychiatry in one experience is so powerful. We wrapped up with a dynamic discussion on driving global engagement with Employee Assistance Programs, featuring insights from Louise Embling MCIPD, GCIP, Cert BA CIMA and Unit4 alongside Jack Thirsk and Kunal Ranger Most importantly though, the day was about connection—between clients, thought leaders, and our Headspace team. Whether it was through structured sessions or informal networking, it reminded me that people LOVE HEADSPACE - our impact on the world is far and wide. It also reminded me of our collective belief that breaking down stigma, focusing on prevention, and personalizing mental health to speak to the member is a shared commonality. Thank you to everyone who joined us, shared their experiences, and contributed to the conversation. And a special thanks to our amazing speakers and panelists, as well as our client success team for making this event possible, especially Célia Bellucci, Ludivine Lonchampt and Jane Baker. Looking forward to continuing these important conversations in the months ahead!

GOATs gotta be kind to their mind too. 🥇👏🐐 We love to hear about how the team over at Edward Jones takes care of their mental health through mindfulness. Thank you Patrick Chanod Jr. for sharing! 🧡
I am proud to see Simone Biles take the stage and share her powerful insights on the “ privilege of pressure.” Her courage in addressing mental health challenges resonates deeply, especially in a world where the conversation is often stigmatized. At Edward Jones, we believe in supporting our associates and their families by providing valuable and enhanced resources for mental well-being, such as Headspace. It’s vital to foster an environment where everyone feels empowered to prioritize their mental health. I’m so proud of the progress we’ve made! The best is yet to come. Thank you, Simone, for inspiring us to be courageous, lead from the front, and seek support. Nice to see some of my friends from our vast network of branch teams! #MentalHealthMatters #SimoneBiles #EdwardJones

Do you doomscroll? Are you perhaps doomscrolling right now? Let’s pause those zombie thumbs for a moment and take a breath. 🧟💨 Studies show that excessive news consumption can increase the risk of poor mental health. But it isn’t all doom and gloom. Mindfulness can help reduce these feelings of anxiety. A recent study published in The Journal of American Medicine found mindfulness (specifically Headspace use) led to “meaningful decreases” in anxiety, depression and perceived stress, benefiting employees and businesses alike.
