We’re thrilled to announce that, on the three-year anniversary of the Highsman brand, we have formally merged with our hemp partner, Frozen Fields! You might be wondering why we chose to unite with our hemp partner when we’re known as a cannabis brand in the regulated space. Let’s break it down. Why the Merger? From a broader industry perspective, merging allows us to operate as a unified entity with deep roots in both the cannabis and hemp sectors. This strategic move will help us remain agile amidst ongoing legislative uncertainties in this fragmented industry and centralize R&D and Distribution from a centralized location. What This Means for Highsman Previously, our brand was often limited by licensing agreements, which left us primarily in control of marketing while lacking influence over the supply side of our product lines. This arrangement led to challenges with pricing, quality consistency, and our ability to innovate. With this merger, we’re now empowered to drive R&D for unique Highsman products at our North Carolina hemp manufacturing facility. This shift enables us to supply our market partners with non-plant touching COGS, equipment, and SOPs, ensuring consistent, high-quality products across the nation while maintaining competitive pricing. Looking Ahead We want to extend our heartfelt thanks for all the support over the past few years. The future of Highsman has never looked brighter.
