His Church Charity is a Registered Charity who specialise in providing robustly secure, ethical and sustainable, creative charitable solutions for surplus stock which is redistributed to help vulnerable people at home and abroad. Working with all major supermarkets and a large range of manufacturers in the UK, His Church supports over 3,000 Charitable organisations in the UK alone including food banks, homeless outreaches, organisations supporting victims of domestic violence, social services, schools, children’s charities and football club foundations / community trusts. His Church have distributed over 9 million meals since the start of the COVID-19 crisis and the President of the Charity received an MBE for this achievement in the 2020 Queen's Birthday Honours List.

It was a delight to have LIVERPOOL FC FOUNDATION’s Under 12’s Premier League Kicks team visit us this week. To see young people not just engaged in learning about the importance of reducing food waste and helping vulnerable people, but actively participating in that work was absolutely wonderful. The kids threw themselves into everything they did from the Charity tour and tournament at Hull City Tigers Trust on Monday to learning how to cook amazing meals with food which would have otherwise gone to waste with former Liverpool and Real Madrid chef James Holden from the Royal Academy of Culinary Arts on Wednesday. They then really spread to love on Valentine’s Day by supporting the vital work of The Whitechapel Centre and L30 Community Centre with 180 portions of the Venison Cottage Pie, Chicken a la King, and Macaroni Cheese they produced! Huge thanks to Waitrose & Partners Lidl GB Aldi UK Sainsbury's Mars Food & Nutrition The Country Food Trust and all the food manufacturers and retailers who donate their surplus food to His Church Charity which make these incredibe partnerships and outcomes possible 🙌❤️👏 x

This pioneering project funded by Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs in partnership with WRAP is making a huge difference reducing food waste by redistributing products with labelling issues. Could we ask all our wonderful food partners and any potential food partners to please read the below and contact us if you have stock in this category at risk of going to waste. There is now a full transport and logistics, relabelling and charitable redistribution solution, available from His Church. 🙌🤝🚚 🥫❤️🌍
