What a great weekend before Christmas highlighting an American and Mexican BBQ weekend ( December 22nd) supporting our Chefs , their families and the industry. Sold out in less than 2 hours! So many of our Chefs stopped by but I forgot to take pictures until the end. These guys are so talented and supportive of each other. It’s quite a privilege and honor to be at the forefront of supporting such talent, drive and an industry that brings people together to solely feed their souls , minds and bodies. This significant resolution highlights the contributions that the Hispanic restaurant owner and food service worker and the industry in general. As the president of the Hispanic Restaurant Association, it's my privilege and honor to have our team get this done on your behalf. Hidden Gems Alert! Silverplume, Colorado What a great weekend visiting rural parts of Colorado. Stopped in Silverplume , Colorado ( a few miles west of Georgetown) and enjoyed two great places. For a fantastic lunch and hot sandwich visit Silverplume Provisions for a great sandwich and relaxation in this beautifully restored restaurant. Then stop in at Bread bar for a fantastic mix of drinks, food ( provided by our very own Chef Pablo) and ambiance! We had a great time visiting with the Loveland Ski Patrol and many others who came up from Denver! So much great food , camaraderie and fun! What a wonderful little town! An absolute gem!

What a fantastic tour of Ready Foods Inc. and witness the incredible work and innovation they are doing in the food service sector! Wonderful tour with Annelise McAuliffe Soares and Irvin! I can see why they’ve grown into such a powerhouse and incredible tasting products. It’s a tough market but they meet at the intersection of mom’s cooking and technology with a fantastic work environment! Well done to the Ready Foods Inc. Team. It was also a pleasure to meet their CEO Marco. It was my pleasure to do a small demo of our Certified Culinary Professional program and what we’re doing in the industry.

What a privilege and honor to have some of our team serve the veterans and senior citizens of Elizabeth, Colorado. So many thanks to give out. It was a beautiful gathering on over 80 people that broke bread together, talked about our families , friends , community and each others lives. Special thanks to Gregory Bloom , Van Der Jagt Family , comfort keepers , Pablo Aya , Hispanic Restaurant Association , Austin Whitney , The American Legion , Brian Krueger , Amber Campo and all those that helped bring this to fruition. We deliberately chose to serve our rural ranchers , farmers and community. It’s the breadbasket of our nation and often forgotten part. It’s there where we will build stronger ties between all.
