A small update that saves you big time. → Tax categories in expenses: Every transaction made with your HoneyBook debit card will be automatically tagged with the appropriate tax category—no more sorting through year-end statements. → Canva integration: Add Canva designs directly into HoneyBook without the hassle of downloading and re-uploading files. Today marks 10 years at HoneyBook 😮. A decade. A quarter of my life. I spent a lot of my weekend letting that sink in. I'm sure anyone reading this can grasp the amount of change and growth one (hopefully) experiences in a decade of life. And to spend all that time with one company... it's truly an inexplicable feeling. Since deciding to post this, however, I was able to find a few words to explain how it feels (surprise!) and would be remiss if I didn't share it at such a milestone. So here it is, the top 5 feelings that come with celebrating 10 years at HoneyBook: 1. Gratitude - For the opportunities I’ve had to grow, both professionally and personally. HoneyBook, specifically Oz Alon and Naama Alon, gave me the chance to step into challenges that felt daunting at first but have shaped who I am today. Extra grateful for my incredible colleagues who inspire me daily and feel like home. 2. Pride - In the work we’ve done to empower small business owners, a community I deeply admire. Whether it was working on our core features, launching Capital or building HoneyBook Finance from the ground up, I’ve felt a strong sense of purpose in helping our members succeed. 3. Humility - For all the lessons I’ve learned along the way. Some came through success, and others through failure, but every one of them has made me a better leader, collaborator, and problem solver (at least I hope it has!). 4. Optimism - For the future. Even after 10 years, I wake up inspired by the work we do at HoneyBook. Our mission feels as relevant and urgent as it did a decade ago, and I’m excited to see what we’ll accomplish next. 5. Awe - For how life plays out. I could've never imagined how the last decade would go. In this time, I met my partner, became a mom to twins, established an incredible community in San Francisco, grew into a leadership role in Product, joined countless meetups and conferences, traveled to dozens of countries, trialed several hobbies, and have more grey hairs than I can count. Of course it hasn't all been roses; but in the highlight reel of the last decade, it’s been pretty magical and HoneyBook has been a constant through it all. I’ve determined that being at the same company for a decade is not unlike any other relationship. It requires both sides to consistently show up: to see the best in one another, to weather the ups and downs with trust, to believe in a shared vision even when the odds feel stacked against you, and to wake up each day choosing to invest in that relationship. I feel this here. Anyway, to end this sappy post (kudos if you’re still reading): HoneyBook thank you for these last 10 years, I wouldn't have had it any other way.
