With profound sadness, we share the news of the unexpected passing of Professor Alexander Bělohlávek. His loss is deeply felt both in the Czech Republic and Poland. Professor Bělohlávek was a distinguished lawyer and the founder of his own law firm. He was an esteemed author and co-author of numerous publications on business law and international arbitration, as well as a popular lecturer. His contributions and friendship will be greatly missed by Poland and Poles alike. We will miss him dearly.
