🚨 No More Business as Usual: A Gender-Transformative Response to the USAID Freeze Crisis is Urgent The USAID/PEPFAR funding freeze has triggered an escalating crisis for women living with HIV worldwide. To capture its early impacts, ICW, alongside global partners, conducted a rapid gendered assessment, gathering responses from 44 countries. The termination of PEPFAR/USAID-funded programs on February 27, 2025, makes these findings even more urgent.
