Culture Club
At Impact XM, our internal Culture Club handles purposeful, thoughtful, employee-driven initiatives that foster a culture that inspires. The three main pillars this multidisciplinary team focuses on are: Communication - How we communicate with each other and to the world. Community - How we build a positive environment that encourages growth and development. Purpose - How we operate and guide our organization with intention.
Work-Life Balance
We recognize the importance of having flexibility in employees' work-life balance. At Impact XM, we offer a new Flexible Time Off (FTO) policy that encourages our employees to maximize their vacation time during the year. We have also embraced hybrid schedules for employees whose roles allow them to work between home and our offices, along with a growing team of fully remote employees across North America.
Sustainability
We pride ourselves with the model that sustainability is not an end goal but one we must continue to evolve with to make a difference.
