It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Mr. Brad Schild, Sr. Director of Sales and Marketing of Inaba Foods (USA), Inc., who left us on October 1, 2024, as he was battling an illness. Brad was a visionary leader whose dedication and commitment profoundly impacted our organization and the lives of those around him. His remarkable contributions, from building a strong sales team structure, to increasing our sales by over 300%, and gaining recognition of the Inaba brand to a premium brand, will always be remembered. He was not only a guiding force in our professional journey but also a cherished colleague and friend. Brad’s passion for excellence and unwavering support for employees and clients inspired us all. As we mourn this tremendous loss, our thoughts and prayers are with his family during this difficult time. We will honor Brad’s legacy by continuing to uphold the values he instilled in us.
