Congratulations to Hongtong Tan, Yiquan Jiang, Lujun Shen, and coauthors on publication of their work investigating the presence and impact of neutrophils in the TME of liver metastases of colorectal cancer patients following cryoablation! Leveraging multiomics analysis of post-ablation longitudinal samples, the authors observed N2-type neutrophil infiltration, formation of NETs, colocalization with CD8 T cells, and inhibition of anti-tumor immunity. It is a privilege to partner with Friends of Cancer Research on their collaborative #DigitalPATH Project investigating agreement of HER2 biomarker assessment across computational pathology models, and we're excited to share news of the latest findings! The preliminary findings, presented at the San Antonio Breast Cancer Symposium this week, suggest that the level of agreement of predicted HER2 scores across models is similar to published agreement measures across pathologists.
