“When I discuss the topic of risk with our customers, I sometimes wonder how anything ever gets built.” Successful organizations don’t shy away from risk—they manage it with intention. InEight's Rick Deans outlines how implementing the right processes and tech can transform your team's approach to risk, turning it into a catalyst for repeatable and predictable success. https://lnkd.in/dxzGb4TR

It’s meaningful when everyone comes together for a cause bigger than themselves. Our InEight Australia team once again participated in Fight Cancer Foundation’s Footy Colours Day to support children and young adults in their fight against cancer. Marlon Abeyegunawardene has led this campaign for the past six years, encouraging employees to share their favorite sporting events and jerseys during their monthly in-office meet up. Through their efforts, our team contributed over $5,000 to support accommodation centres, keeping families together so they can remain close to loved ones during treatment and recovery. The jerseys, treats, and friendly rivalries were fun, but the heart of this initiative is what matters most— making a difference for those facing such a challenging journey.

There’s no better feeling than having meaningful conversations with passionate people, and this year’s Project Controls Expo UK delivered on all fronts! Our team explored innovation, digitisation, data, best practices, and future insights shaping project controls. And the feedback from our session with Baseline AS was outstanding. Reconnecting with the project controls community is always a highlight, and we’re grateful to everyone who took the time to stop by!

From estimating to execution, the conversations at our booth during Design-Build Institute of America (DBIA) Conference & Expo revealed an important trend: the rising need for solutions that connect workflows and address challenges before they reach the jobsite. It was great to meet so many preconstruction, VDC, and BIM professionals, and demonstrate how breaking free from traditional processes paves the way to project certainty. Thank you to everyone who joined us at the show!
