During this episode, Kay Magdalena Nissen, APR discusses her Army Command and General Staff College thesis entitled: Second Mover Advantage In The Military Information Environment. This thesis examines second-mover advantage theory within the military information environment. It aims to offer military planners alternative strategies beyond the traditional emphasis on seizing the initiative, proposing a secondary response framework. Big Event in Tampa on Friday 15 Nov 2024 The MacDill Chapter of the PSYOP Regimental Association (PRA) in collaboration with the Information Professionals Association (IPA) is hosting a dinner to celebrate the Regiment's Birthday as well as bring the information community of interest together. The dinner will be served family style in the Brio Italian Grille Yandolino/Carrara/Toscano Rooms (upstairs) with drinks (cash bar – cash or credit accepted) starting at 6:00 PM and dinner at 6:50 PM on 15 November. Our keynote speaker for the evening is Mr. James Holly, Acting Director of the Influence and Perception Management Office within the Office of the Secretary of Defense.   The cost is $50 per person (gratuity and tax included).
