Key Responsibilities: ⚕️ Manage daily accounting operations, ensuring GAAP compliance. ⚕️Lead month-end/year-end close for AR and revenue recognition. ⚕️Collaborate on improving AR strategies and reducing DSO. ⚕️Ensure compliance with ASC 606 and support audits. ⚕️Mentor junior accounting staff and drive process improvements. Qualifications: ⚕️Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance; CPA required. ⚕️7+ years in AR management, with healthcare payor/provider experience. ⚕️Strong knowledge of GAAP and ASC 606. ⚕️Proficient in accounting software (NetSuite, QuickBooks) and Excel.
