At Insight Recovery in Asheville, NC we offer SUD IOP and PHP programs. Our IOP programming is on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 9AM-12PM. In addition to evidence based therapy groups and individual therapy sessions, our program is mindfulness and holistic based. Our IOP also includes specialized acupuncture for SUD, somatic healing groups, and nutrition therapy. Our groups are intentionally small and individualized so that our participants receive the care that they deserve.
