Today, I’m sharing my last post with you on InspireAi's collaboration experiences with our partners, this time with Maria Vittoria Fondriest 🎉 ! When Mavi joined the Salesforce team in 2022 and we started working together, I was immediately impressed by her incredibly structured and focused approach. I remember thinking, “Steffi, just watch and learn from her – you can’t go wrong with that!” ✍ From day one, it was clear she brought a wealth of experience to the table, and her kind of efficiency is always something I admire. Since then we’ve worked together with several customers, and I’m grateful to have such a strong partner on my side with her 💪 On top, what I’ve come to appreciate even more, as we’ve worked together over the months and years, is that Mavi not only has incredible expertise but also balances her professionalism with a genuine warmth that makes working with her a pleasure. She has the perfect mix of experience and approachability, and I’ve really enjoyed our partnership. Today is my 6th post where I tell you a bit about the many partners we at InspireAi are lucky to work with on a daily basis. I’ve been working with Calvin Niggemann regularly since the beginning of the year when he started as an AE, and it’s been an absolute pleasure 🤗 ! What really stands out is his calm, thoughtful approach to everything. When it comes to understanding what customers truly need, he takes the time to listen and deliver 📝 Even in situations where things get challenging, Calvin stays calm and focused, always finding the right solution to keep everything on track. One of the things I value most is how open he is to both giving and receiving feedback. We often brainstorm and collaborate to find the best way forward, and that kind of teamwork makes all the difference. Excited to see where the journey takes us next, Calvin! 🚀

It was great to be back in Amsterdam connecting with customers and partners at #worldtouramsterdam. There was a lot of excitement about AI Agents grounded in CRM Data can deliver value for organisations. These autonomous agents can converse with your customers using natural language to resolve both simple (Q&A) and complex use cases (order management, rescheduling appointments, updating CRM data, coordinating with 3rd party systems). A highlight of the event was being back on stage presenting with Karim Souidi, Sander Schenk and Boat Bike Tours sharing updates around their journey and our latest innovations in Salesforce Foundations and Agentforce. It was also great to connect with the InspireAi team Alexander Charles and Steffi Kromer who we have been collaborating with on many of our customers AI use cases. Thanks to the team who travelled with me to support our customer conversations on the day Hanne Pijpers Sander Schenk and Tim Bergers - it was busy but a lot of fun and engaging conversations. For anyone who hasn’t had the chance to meet her yet, let me introduce you to Tatjana Kannape, one of the incredible Salesforce Solution Engineers we collaborate with regularly at InspireAi. I’ve personally been so impressed by her growth over the years. I remember when she first started in her role, she sometimes wasn’t sure how to tackle certain customer requirements (though she always nailed it in meetings!). We worked closely during that time, and in just a few months, Tatjana went from someone who needed support to someone who leads the way with confidence 💪 She’s a humble yet super experienced SE who builds great relationships with customers – a key ingredient in any successful interaction!  Whenever we work together on a deal, I know we can bring the best results to the clients together. Tatjana, I hope we keep working together for many more years 🤗 !

For my next post on how we work with partners Patrick Horstmann from Salesforce was so kind to reflect on our work together over the years! We’ve not only worked together on numerous deals, but Patrick has also coached our sales team through some key milestones over the years. What I value most about his approach is the genuine focus on understanding customers’ needs and his ability to think outside the box! Pat ensures that every client feels heard and guided throughout the process. His "thing" for building authentic rapport has even influenced my own selling style—something I’ve prioritized even more since working with him. 😊 Stay tuned for more stories and insights from those shaping our journey! 💡
